Custom productions:

1.-If the client decides that his shipment will be by "I will request the date by mail", he must send the date within 5 days after the purchase. If this is not received, the order will be processed for manufacturing within the next 15 days and will be shipped immediately without the possibility of changing the date. 2.-Cancellation. The cancellation of personalized products is not applicable because these sweets were made solely and exclusively for a specific event. The client understands that the product is artisanal and handmade, so there are deviations in color, the letters and logos will not be perfect, and the cuts of the sweets will not have an exact diameter or thickness. 3.-Packaging. The parcel takes 6 to 8 days for delivery, the customer must take precautions to receive their product on time. 4.- Data. The client has reviewed his contact information, these being necessary to contact him for any questions regarding production or packaging. Sticky will only take the email registered as the owner of the purchase and only through it we can authorize changes to the shipping address, design or any other matter related to the order.

Candy line returns:

In the event that your product arrives broken or damaged, send an email to ventas@sticky.mx attaching the photo, the guide number and description of the damaged products within the next 24 hours of receipt and we will gladly send you the product. again at no additional cost (in the case of pallets these normally have 5% damage per parcel, which will not be done again).

Returns line labels:

The labels are made with the file, just as the client uploads his files in a quality of 720 by 720 DPI. Sticky will not make refunds in case the selected letter is not visible since the client is the one who designs them. We suggest pre-printing to see the final size and get an idea of ​​the product you will receive. In case of shortages, sticky will send the missing labels again, just send us an email within the next 24 hours of receiving the product and they will reach you at no additional cost.
